As Managing Consultant at Bizzdesign and a Lean Six Sigma black belt and BPM expert, he is highly qualified to take on this task. Let’s assume for the purposes of this poll that a digital process embeds a computer and uses information developed in the course of executing the process to control some aspect of the ongoing process. Thus, a retail process that located specific jeans based on a chip embedded in the jeans is a digital process. Similarly, an auto that used a computer to capture information about how the car is being driven and provides mechanics with diagnostic information is part of a digital process.
